Please send your completed booking form (stating, if appropriate, which vegetarian option is required) and cheque for a minimum deposit of £10 per person, made payable to ‘IBM Retirees Club Midlands’, by Friday February 24th, to the organiser:-

The remainder of the money will be requested nearer the time and the tickets will be sent to you by post.
Your booking will be acknowledged by email or post, if you include a SAE.
