Constitution
This file is the formal Constution for the IBM Retirees Club (Midlands). It is a requirement of IBM that all Clubs follow the same Constitution except where explicit exceptions are made. In general terms, the Constitution as applied to IBM Retirees Clubs will reflect the differences between Retirees and full time employees.
Amendments to the Constitution
This file is should be read in conjunction with the formal Constitution. Any amendments are within the spirit of the Constitution but reflect local conditions in the light of experience, in particular the sheer size of the membership which makes some amendments necessary.
